Summary of Unit
A brief snapshot, as if
someone asked you to
briefly and clearly
describe the intent of the
lesson or project.

The Student Council lesson is about allowing the student council members to really reach out to the rest of the school and not only promote school spirit, but show them what student council is all about.
Essential Questions
What will guide student
inquiry?

The inquiry of this project is simply taking the relive commercials they see on television and trying to create their own. The best part of this is what may seem easy by looking at commercials on television…can become harder when trying to create their own commercial that will truly reach the emotions of all students on the Balsz campus.
Academic Standards
Include technology.
Use district standards
where applicable,
targeting performance
objectives you will
assess.

* Technology (S4T4-E2P01); Plan, design and present an academic product using technology tools (digital camera, presentation software, and projection devices).
Student Outcomes
What will students learn
and do?

* To demonstrate their understanding of how to use technology, (digital camera, presentation software, and projection devices).
* To form a better understanding of how to positively persuade their peers.
* To promote school pride for all students.
